At the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the overwhelming beauty of the surrounding State Park is rivaled only by the amphitheater that sits there. Within the pines is a unique experience of sound and sight. The amphitheater’s naturally curved bowl hosts many events, from rock concerts and jazz festivals, to orchestras and ballets.

Born out of necessity, the amphitheater is the product of ambition, fortitude, and community pride. It seats 5,200 people beneath its shelter, while the sloping lawns beyond it can hold up to 20,000 more. The greens are enjoyed by families, picnickers, and those who prefer the free space it allows.
