Albany Med Health System at SPAC
For one night only, Primus, Les Claypool's Fearless Flying Frog Brigade and The Claypool Lennon Delirium will be performing at Albany Med Health System at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, New York on Friday, June 12th, 2026. In a first for music, all three groups will be performing on stage all night long, in a non-stop, continuous, radical and changing performance.
The show will feature all three projects of experimental music by master bassist Les Claypool. The Claypool Lennon Delirium will be performing the latest music from their 2026 release as well as their hit single “WAP” and other selections from their catalog of music. This will be joined by a performance by the iconic funk metal/ progressive rock band Primus, featuring songs such as “Jerry Was A Race Car Driver” and more, as well as selections from Les Claypool’s other musical vehicle, the Frog Brigade.
Tickets start at $45. Opening act time is 6:30pm with the main event to follow at 8pm.
Claypool Gold at Albany Med Health System at SPAC on Friday, June 12th 2026 as three trailblazing music projects of bass legend Les Claypool take to the stage. All three acts: Les Claypool’s Primus, Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade and The Claypool Lennon Delirium will perform live on one night as part of the Claypool Gold Tour. Show time will be 8pm with gates opening at 6:30pm.
This tour will cover the East Coast, the whole of the Midwest, Texas, Colorado, the Southwest and California before the grand finale in Napa on July 4th 2026.
This innovative rock group is a fusion of Funk Metal and Progressive Rock. The sound is largely fueled by the innovative bass playing of Les Claypool, joined by the hard driving guitar of Larry ‘Ler’ LaLonde and the pounding drums of John ‘Hoffer’ Hoffman. The group is well known for their classic songs ‘Jerry Was A Race Car Driver’, ‘Wynona’s Big Brown Beaver’, and ‘My Name Is Mud’.
Much of the material from their critically acclaimed releases such as Sailing the Seas of Cheese (1991) and the platinum selling release Pork Soda (1993) will be played live at this show. Fans will certainly recognize a large portion of their set list. Primus is also well known for creating and performing the theme song for the hit animated television series South Park.
This ever-changing band of musicians is the brainchild of Les Claypool, the masterful bassist of Primus fame. The music of the Frog Brigade is diverse and far reaching with sets comprised of songs off of his many albums of solo material as well as collaborative efforts.
The Return of the Live Frogs Vol. 1 is a great example of the high energy and unique approach that this group of extremely talented musicians bring to the live performance of their music. Often when the Frog Brigade performs, Sean Lennon (Sean, son of George Harrison) will join the band on stage to round out their sound in a unique and special way.
The Claypool Lennon Delirium brings The Great Parrot-Ox and the Golden Egg of Empathy. This “supergroup” is an avant-garde, trippy fusion of Art-School, Commentary-Theatrical, and Psychedelic Rock written and performed by Les Claypool and Sean Ono Lennon. Recently released single “WAP (What A Predicament)” and more from the 2026 release The Great Parrot-Ox and the Golden Egg of Empathy will be featured.
Originally the brainchild of backstage jam sessions and the sit-in on Primus’s “Southbound Pachyderm” by two of the greatest minds in music today, Les Claypool and Sean Ono Lennon, The Claypool Lennon Delirium is a collaboration of the highest order, exploring and pushing the boundaries of sound with each new performance.
The venue is Albany Med Health System at SPAC, located at 108 Avenue of the Pines, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The Pavillion at SPAC has 5,200 fixed seats (which can vary depending upon the configuration for a given show), and there is also Lawn/General Admission seating as well as a number of Accessibility seating locations. In order to accommodate patrons with Accessibility needs, it is necessary to REQUEST such seating when purchasing tickets, as it is not guaranteed otherwise. Concessions (including snack & refreshments) are available for purchase within the venue.

The main parking lot for this show will unlock approximately 1.5 hours prior to gates for $10 per car. In addition to this lot there will be parking throughout Saratoga Spa State Park for $10 per vehicle. In the main lots and in the city of Saratoga Springs street parking and lots we will be able to take credit card payments.
